Users must be informed that child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or serious harms will be reported to relevant authorities.
Compliance with applicable child protection laws (e.g., law enforcement, national reporting centres like NCMEC in the USA).
Preserve and disclose information as required by law enforcement if a suspected safety breach involves a minor.
7. Data and Privacy Standards
Do not collect or retain data related to minors unless allowed under applicable law (i.e., parental consent rules like COPPA if relevant).
Maintain robust privacy protections for age verification and any profile information.
8. Education & Awareness
Provide clear safety guidance to users about protecting minors, reporting suspicious behavior, and safe online conduct.
Include links to support services for abuse victims and guidance on grooming and exploitation risks.
9. Enforcement and Penalties
Any user found violating age rules or abusing the service with minors will be:
Suspended or permanently banned,
Reported to law enforcement where applicable,
Subject to legal action under relevant laws.
10. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated to reflect new legal requirements and safety best practices.
